It is American Material Supply’s desire to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, as a primary custom cut business we have guidelines that we must follow. Any material that is less than 36 Inches Wide and 50 Ft long it is considered a custom cut.
CUSTOM or NON STOCK ORDERS are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a pattern of defective workmanship in the material is documented. .
Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the rubber material and received on our dock no later than 7 business days from RMA issue date to qualify for return. To insure proper credit, all returned rubber materials must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA) marked on the outside of the shipping container. Please call our Customer Service Department (717.254.0967) for an authorization number. If the rubber material is returned to us without authorization, the package will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Exchanges or refunds can only be issued once we receive and inspect.
Parts will be wiped down, clean from dirt, additional fuzz or dust may be present which is the buyers responsibility to clean off.
If you feel your situation warrants special consideration, please contact a customer service representative and provide those details for review. If an exception were made there is a 40% restocking fee on all non-defective rubber material. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges to or from our dock.
